What a lovely honor to have launched the Met Opera Guild's new SUMMER SERIES yesterday, May 19, the theme having been Puccini "Death Scenes"-starring Madame Butterfly and Liu (Turandot). The well sold hall clearly states that the public never tires of the Guilds innovations, even during the summer months. More to come next week. Stay tuned!
