Love & Approval - Difference?

The beautiful essence of an act is lost to the wind, if all that would be important is the kill, the win, the high number...However the worst symptom of perfectionism is the perfectionist's lack in seeing the difference between "love" and "approval."
Seems like this could be the "heart" of the matter!
